About Us
Built to Work.
United to Win.
Impetus Property Services was founded with one mission: to deliver professional, consistent, and impactful property services that clients can rely on.
Based in Swampscott, MA, our team provides services across general contracting and painting, including kitchen and bathroom remodeling, additions, decks, and property maintenance. We treat every property as if it were our own.
We focus on a clearly agreed scope and care for the property throughout the work. Share your project requirements and any documentation needed when requesting an estimate.
