Information you provide

When you request a quote or contact us, we receive your name, email address, selected service, message, and phone number if you choose to provide it. Your message may include property or project details and optional photos you share with us.

Please provide only information needed for your inquiry. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information through the contact form. You do not need a website account or Google sign-in to submit an inquiry.

Only upload photos you have permission to share. Avoid including people, documents, addresses, or other private details that are not needed for your request.

How your information is used

We use inquiry details to respond to you, discuss estimates, coordinate requested property services, and maintain related correspondence. The contact form sends an email notification with any accepted photos as attachments to the company mailbox; it does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list.

Technical request information, such as an IP address and request time, may be processed by our hosting providers and contact endpoint to operate the site, limit repeated submissions, troubleshoot errors, and protect against abuse.

Company Gmail authorization

Our email integration uses the Gmail API when enabled by the company mailbox owner. It requests only the gmail.send permission to send contact-form notifications from the authorized company account to our company mailbox. It does not request permission to read, search, or delete existing Gmail messages. Visitors are not asked to grant access to their own Google accounts.

Google processes the message content, photo attachments, and sender, recipient, and reply-to email addresses to deliver these notifications. The integration uses authorization tokens stored on the backend, not in the public website. The mailbox owner can disconnect the integration through their Google Account connections. Disconnecting stops future API access; it does not delete messages already delivered.

Google API data is used only for this contact-email function, not for advertising, resale, or training AI models. Its use and transfer are subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Service providers and access

People handling inquiries for Impetus Property Services can access messages in the company mailbox to respond and arrange services. Website hosting is provided by Vercel, the contact backend is hosted by Render, and email delivery and storage use Google Gmail. These providers process the information needed to perform their services and may process it in countries other than your own.

The contact-form integration does not sell inquiry information or send it to advertising networks. Information may also need to be disclosed to comply with applicable legal obligations or address fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

Browser requests and external links

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives technical information such as your IP address when your browser requests those files. This version of the contact form does not add advertising cookies or save your message in browser storage. Hosting services may use technical logs or essential security mechanisms.

Links to Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, and other external services take you to websites with their own privacy practices. Email and phone links open the applications configured on your device.

Storage and deletion requests

Submitted messages and photos are processed by our backend and delivered to the company mailbox. Photos are handled temporarily in memory, checked, resized when needed, and converted to JPEG with embedded metadata removed before sending. Visible details in a photo are not removed. The contact endpoint does not save photo files to disk or maintain a separate database of form submissions. Delivered emails and their attachments remain in the mailbox until removed; the form does not apply an automatic email-deletion schedule. Hosting logs and provider backups are subject to the providers' retention practices.

You can ask us about information you submitted or request correction or deletion by emailing the address below. We may need to confirm your identity. Relevant records may need to be retained for ongoing services, legal obligations, or resolving disputes, and deletion from provider backups may not be immediate.

Security

The public website and email API use HTTPS. Email authorization credentials are kept in backend configuration rather than client-side code. These measures reduce risk, but no online service or method of storage can guarantee absolute security. Contact us if you believe information has been exposed or misused.

Changes to this policy

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Material changes to the use of Google account data require an updated disclosure and any renewed authorization required by Google before that use begins.
