Exterior cleaning at a commercial building entrance

Based in Swampscott. Serving north of Boston.

Pressure Washing

Exterior cleaning should suit the material being cleaned. If your walkway, entrance, or other exterior surface has accumulated dirt and buildup, send photos and describe the surface so we can discuss whether pressure washing is appropriate.

What to Include in Your Request

  • Exterior surface cleaning assessment
  • Walkway and entrance cleaning requests
  • Residential and commercial property applications
  • Cleaning coordination before other exterior work

Identify the surface before choosing pressure

Concrete, masonry, painted wood, and other finishes respond differently to cleaning. Loose paint, damaged joints, or fragile surfaces can change what is suitable. Tell us about previous coatings and visible deterioration; not every cleaning request should use the same pressure or method.

Plan around entrances and nearby areas

For a business, note customer routes and access needs. For a home, identify landscaping, outdoor furniture, and nearby features that need consideration. Water access and how the work area can be kept clear belong in the estimate conversation.

Cleaning is not a repair or a permanent coating

Washing may address surface buildup, but it does not replace repairs to damaged materials or a separate painting plan. Some marks may be embedded or related to the substrate. Share the result you are hoping for so expectations can be discussed before work begins.

Discuss your pressure washing project

From Inquiry to Agreed Scope

  1. Send photos, material details, and the approximate area to clean.
  2. Discuss surface condition, appropriate methods, water access, and nearby features.
  3. Confirm the cleaning area and access arrangements before scheduling.

What Helps Us Prepare an Estimate

Identify the material if you know it, include both close-up and wider photos, and explain whether cleaning is a standalone request or preparation for another project.

Questions Before You Book

Is every exterior surface suitable for pressure washing?

No. Condition and material matter. The request should be assessed before deciding on a cleaning approach.

Can I combine cleaning with a maintenance request?

Yes. List the surfaces to clean separately from repairs, landscaping, or painting so the combined request is clear.

Tell Us About Your Property

Share the service, property location, timing, and optional photos. We will discuss the work and the next step for your estimate.
