A patch is not always the whole solution

Small impact damage differs from recurring cracks or a ceiling stain. Tell us how the damage happened and whether it has changed. Active leaks, suspected structural movement, or other underlying problems need assessment before a surface repair is treated as the final fix.

Match the repair to the surrounding wall

The size of a repair, the existing surface texture, and light falling across the wall affect how it is finished. Discuss whether the request ends at a prepared patch or includes priming and painting. An older paint finish may not blend invisibly with a small touch-up.

Repair before a room refresh or tenant change

For a repainting project, identify the damaged walls before finalizing the paint scope. For a rental turnover, include the access window and areas that must be ready first. A list of separate damage locations is more useful than one close-up without context.

From Inquiry to Agreed Scope

1. Send one wider room photo and a close-up of each damaged area.
2. Discuss the cause, extent, and whether repair or new drywall is appropriate.
3. Agree on patching, finishing, and any painting included in the request.

What Helps Us Prepare an Estimate

Include approximate damage sizes, wall or ceiling locations, and any history of moisture. Do not disturb a damaged area solely to take a closer photo.
