Interior trim work beside a painted wall

Based in Swampscott. Serving north of Boston.

Interior Painting

Refresh the rooms you use every day with an interior painting plan that accounts for wall condition, room access, and the finish you want. We work with homeowners, landlords, and property managers across our north-of-Boston service area.

What to Include in Your Request

  • Wall and ceiling repainting
  • Interior trim and selected woodwork
  • Preparation for dents and surface imperfections
  • Single-room or multi-room project planning

Scuffed walls, changing colors, and worn finishes

A hallway marked by daily traffic has different needs from a bedroom changing to a lighter color. Point out scuffs, patched areas, uneven sheen, and stains when requesting an estimate. Existing wall damage may need separate drywall repair before the painting work begins.

Plan around an occupied home

Discuss which rooms need to remain usable, how furniture will be handled, and whether pets or children will be home. Clarify who will remove wall hangings and window coverings. A room sequence agreed in advance makes it easier to plan normal household activities around the work.

Make the finish decision room by room

Walls, ceilings, and trim do not have to use the same finish. Share how each room is used and what you want to change. Include doors, closets, and trim explicitly so the estimate does not leave you guessing which surfaces are part of the project.

Discuss your interior painting project

From Inquiry to Agreed Scope

  1. List the rooms, surfaces, and any wall repairs you have noticed.
  2. Discuss furniture, protection, finishes, and a practical room sequence.
  3. Confirm the included preparation and painting work before arranging access.

What Helps Us Prepare an Estimate

Send room photos, approximate dimensions, ceiling heights, and your preferred timeframe. Mention whether the home is occupied or between tenants.

Questions Before You Book

Is drywall repair the same as painting preparation?

Not always. Small surface imperfections and larger damaged sections can require different work. Tell us about the damage so repair and painting can be scoped together.

Can I request only one room?

Yes. Send the room details and the surfaces you want painted. We will discuss the scope and scheduling for that request.

Tell Us About Your Property

Share the service, property location, timing, and optional photos. We will discuss the work and the next step for your estimate.
